How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard processing takes 2-4 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for hair products?
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Are your loc care products safe for color-treated hair?
Yes, all Locs of Love LLC products are formulated with natural ingredients that are gentle and safe for both natural and color-treated locs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to the global loc community very soon.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage, we are unable to make changes.
